Study guides

Revision that earns marks, not minutes.

Subject-by-subject guides written by current UK tutors. Each one focuses on what mark schemes actually reward — the rest is just expensive reading practice.

How to use a study guide properly

  1. Read the spec first — every revision plan worth following starts at the awarding body, not the textbook.
  2. Test before you read — sit a past paper cold. Mark schemes will tell you which topics you actually need to revise.
  3. Active recall > rereading — flashcards, blank-page brain dumps, teach-it-back. Highlighters earn nothing.
  4. Spaced over crammed — twenty minutes daily for six weeks beats four hours the night before. Every time.
